Aufgaben

As Senior Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for, among other things:

• Responsibility for the Buchhaltungsprozesse – Debitoren-, Kreditoren- & Anlagenbuchhaltung
• Sole responsibility for preparing and coordinating Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB and possibly IFRS
• Prozesse & Digitalisierung are your strength: You develop existing processes further, drive automation initiatives forward, and optimize the use of paperless accounting.
• As a contact person for externe Dienstleister, you will be in continuous exchange with tax consultants, auditors, and authorities
• Support in preparing Budgetplanung, Finanzprognosen and strategische Unternehmensentscheidungen

Qualifikation

• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
• At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting
• Completed commercial education/study with a focus on balance sheet accounting/finance/taxation/economics
• Fundamental knowledge of Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
• Comprehensive knowledge of Monats- and Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB – ideally also IFRS
• Experience in working with common Buchhaltungssystemen
• Hands-on mentality and outstanding team spirit distinguish you
