Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant (CA) Location: Cape Town, Western Cape Job Type: Full-Time A reputable firm based in Cape Town is seeking a qualified Senior Financial Accountant (CA) to join their team. The candidate needs to have 3 years post-articles experience to join our finance team and will be responsible for financial reporting, cash flow management, tax compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making across our group of companies. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement; Review and approve journal entries and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions; Manage and reconcile bank statements and cash flows; Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax laws; Support the preparation of annual financial statements and budgets; Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making across our group of companies. Requirements: CA qualification (SAICA) or equivalent; 3 years post-articles experience; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; Experience with financial planning and budgeting software an advantage.
