Would you like to help shape demanding financial topics and contribute your experience to a modern, future-oriented financial organization? For our internal accounting, controlling, and reporting within the Finance, Risk & Compliance division, we are looking for you as a Senior Financial Accountant. You will be part of a small, dedicated team and work closely with your colleagues.

In this versatile key role, you will ensure correct, efficient, and timely financial accounting for our group companies, as well as reliable reporting. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and closing processes, contribute to consolidation, group accounting, and budgeting, and actively develop our financial organization with digital solutions, automated processes, and meaningful reporting structures.

What awaits you

• You will manage the operational day-to-day business and ensure correct accounting for our Swiss group companies – including KTG and Rendement.
• You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns, accurately, reliably, and on time.
• You will participate in budgeting, group consolidation, and group accounting.
• You will develop meaningful financial and management reports using MS Power BI.
• You will drive the digitalization and automation of our financial processes and actively shape modern tools and systems.

What you bring

• You hold a federal diploma in finance and accounting or an equivalent higher education qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
• You have several years of experience in finance and accounting, as well as solid practical experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• You are enthusiastic about the digitalization and automation of financial processes and want to actively develop systems, data quality, and reporting structures.
• You are proficient in Excel and ideally have experience with MS Power BI as well as in group accounting and consolidation.
• You work analytically, structurally, and solution-oriented, enjoy hands-on involvement, and communicate confidently in German and English.
