Senior Finance Transformation Program Lead

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Finance Program/Project Manager in Singapore to lead complex, cross-functional Finance transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of relevant experience in finance transformation. A background in Lean Six Sigma and program management is preferred, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
