Senior Finance Planning & Performance Lead FP&A
Job description
For our Client, an international organization operating in a global business environment, we are looking for an experienced financial leader for the position of Senior Finance Planning & Performance Lead.
This is a strategic role combining team management, top-level business partnering within the organization, and responsibility for financial planning and supporting key business decisions. We are looking for a person who can translate financial data into business recommendations and effectively collaborate with senior management in an international environment.

Working Hours: flexible start times (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Scope of Responsibilities
Managing a team of financial specialists responsible for financial planning and analysis.
Serving as a strategic business partner for management and key organizational stakeholders.
Responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring processes.
Preparing business analyses, financial models, and recommendations supporting decision-making.
Collaborating with corporate and commercial areas regarding the assessment of action effectiveness and achievement of business goals.
Participating in strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and activities aimed at improving financial processes.
Supporting the development of the finance function by implementing best practices and enhancing reporting quality.
Developing team competencies and building a culture of cooperation and continuous improvement.
Expectations
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, or accounting in an international environment.
Experience in financial controlling, business partnering, and team management.
Documented successes in collaborating with management and supporting decision-making processes.
Ability to function in a complex, international business environment.
Very good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in developing and managing high-performing teams.
Higher education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA, or related will be an additional asset.
Fluent command of English (min. C1).
