Job description
Would you like to help shape a unified, scalable, and future-proof Finance platform from many companies? Then we are looking for exactly you, to join us as soon as possible:
(Senior) Finance Manager (m/f/d) - Corporate Finance & Transformation
As a (Senior) Finance Manager (m/f/d) - Corporate Finance & Transformation, you will take on a central role in building our group-wide Finance function. You will ensure that new companies, processes, and systems are successfully integrated into the Arsipa Group and create the basis for uniform, scalable, and controllable Finance structures. We need your support for this!
The Arsipa Group is a fast-growing, PE-backed corporate group in the Health, Safety & Environment sector, supported by Warburg Pincus. With over 1,000 employees, 20+ subsidiaries, and 48 locations in Germany and Austria, we are building a scalable platform with sustainable value creation as part of a clear buy-and-build strategy. Our goal: to be one of the leading providers in the German-speaking market - supported by central functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT at the Berlin location.
Your Tasks
Transformation & Integration:
Managing and supporting the integration of new subsidiaries into the Arsipa Group’s Finance structures.
Harmonizing processes, data structures, and reporting logics across different companies.
Supporting the introduction of group-wide standards in Accounting and Controlling.
Participating in Finance transformation projects and the further development of our system and process landscape.
Building & Scaling:
Analyzing existing Finance processes and identifying optimization potentials.
Supporting the introduction and further development of Finance, Reporting, and BI systems.
Building robust KPI, reporting, and steering structures.
Contributing to cross-departmental projects for the further professionalization of our Finance function.
Interface Management:
Close collaboration with Group Accounting, Group Controlling / FP&A, and our VP Finance, as well as the BI team.
Cooperation with the management teams of our subsidiaries.
Managing and coordinating with external consultants, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Your Starting Requirements
What you bring with you:
Several years of experience in the Finance environment with a profound understanding of Accounting and/or Controlling processes, ideally complemented by experience in Finance Transformation, Consulting, CFO Office, Corporate Finance, or FP&A. Experience in managing complex projects and dealing with different stakeholders.
Fluent German and good English skills.
What will help you succeed faster:
Strong analytical thinking skills and interest in processes, data, and systems (ideally DATEV, LucaNet).
Structured, pragmatic way of working, and ideally experience in PE-/VC-driven companies or dynamic growth sectors.
Our Benefits
Attractive Work Environment: 30 days of annual leave, half a day off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, a hybrid setup with one home office day per week, and a centrally located office in the Rocket Tower including a gym, directly at the “Kochstraße” subway station.
Strong Team Culture: An open and appreciative corporate culture with regular stand-ups, monthly all-hands meetings, and joint events to foster a positive and collegial working atmosphere.
Direct Proximity to Finance Management and the Business: You will work closely with our VP Finance, the CFO, and the managing directors of our subsidiaries and actively support the build-up of our group-wide Finance function.
Scope for Design in a Buy-&-Build Platform: You will actively shape processes, structures, and strategic initiatives in a crisis-proof, rapidly growing corporate group and gain insights into the implementation of a roll-up strategy – supported by one of the world’s leading investors, Warburg Pincus.
Insights into the Finance Transformation of a PE-backed Corporate Group: From the integration of new companies to the standardization of processes and systems, to reporting, governance, and scaling projects, you will participate in key Finance initiatives of our buy-and-build strategy.
