Job Title: Senior Finance Manager - CA(SA) - Mining Industry
Location: Midrand
Hire Resolve is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Finance Manager with a CA(SA) qualification to join our team in the mining industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis within the mining sector.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Manage a team of finance professionals and provide leadership and guidance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and government agencies
Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification is essential
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role within the mining industry
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations
- Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
