We are IBS Schreiber. Since over 45 years an owner-managed company with headquarters in the Hanseatic city of Hamburg.
Our focal points lie in the areas of SAP Security, Consulting & Auditing and Software Development.

To expand our People & Finance department, we are looking for you immediately as Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d) full-time (39 hours/week).

You have several years of experience in financial accounting and controlling and would like to take responsibility for clean numbers, clear reporting and practical finance processes? You come from the Hamburg environment and can hybrid work - 3 days in office - 2 days at home.

Tasks

You fit in with us if you enjoy, …

• operating a small team and developing processes/tools (including DATEV) practically
• accounting for creditors and debtors including adjustments and clarifications
• preparing financial accounting and coordinating the exchange with the tax consultant
• creating controlling evaluations, KPIs and budget comparisons and explaining deviations clearly
• regularly reporting to the management team in a decision-oriented manner

Qualification

We think you fit in with us if, …

• You have a commercial education (e.g. office management, industrial clerk, tax consultant) or equivalent qualification
• You have several years of experience in financial accounting
• You are confident enough in controlling/reporting to create evaluations and explain deviations clearly (especially Excel)
• You have DATEV experience and work structured, independently and reliably (assuming very good German language skills)
