Responsibilities

• Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Preparation of reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Management of cash flow and working capital
• Ensuring HGB/IFRS compliant processes
• Contact person for management, auditors, and external partners
• Analysis of profitability and economic performance
• Optimization of existing finance processes
• Leadership and further development of a small finance team

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a completed degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting/finance
• Several years of experience in a finance or accounting environment
• Very good knowledge of HGB, IFRS experience is an advantage
• Experience with financial statements, reporting, and forecasting
• Confident use of Excel and common ERP systems
• Strong numerical understanding and analytical working style
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage
• Very good English skills
• Independent and hands-on working style
