Aufgaben

• Comprehensive leadership of the areas of Accounting, Controlling, and adjacent financial functions.
• Surety of a planned bookkeeping and timely internal and external reporting.
• Further development and representation of meaningful management-, performance- and controlling reports.
• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual statements according to HGB and IFRS.
• Active participation in budgeting-, forecasting- and planning processes.
• Analysis and further development of existing financial and controlling processes.
• Leadership of a team in the middle single-digit to low two-digit range.
• Sparring partner for financial leadership and external partners (e.g. auditors).

Qualifikation

• Economic education through study or equivalent financial qualification with a clear finance focus.
• Multiple years of responsibility in financial roles within structured corporate environments.
• Very secure work with accounting according to HGB and IFRS, including closing and reporting processes.
• Deep understanding of controlling as an instrument for steering – from analysis to key figure logic to management reporting.
• Experience in cooperation with external auditors, consultants, and other interfaces.
• Routine use of ERP systems and modern planning and reporting tools.
• Very good Excel skills as a basis for analysis and decision-making preparation.
• Demonstrable leadership experience and joy in the further development of employees.
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style with high quality standards.
• Strong analytical abilities and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Clear communication and ability to present complex issues addressably to stakeholders.
• Very good German language skills and secure English language skills in a professional context.
