Senior Finance Manager / Controller (m/f/d)

Qunomedical is a Berlin-based HealthTech company digitizing healthcare. With our platform, we support patients in finding and organizing medical treatments. With Qunosuite, we offer clinics and medical providers a digital solution to manage their patient processes efficiently and professionally. Our international team combines technology, healthcare, and a strong focus on our customers' needs.

We are a team of 30 international, entrepreneurial, ambitious, and super friendly colleagues based in Berlin, Germany. What's missing now is you, a Senior Finance Manager, responsible for everything finance, not only from an operational perspective but also with a strong strategic mindset. Responsibilities

• You will take responsibility for daily operational finance, accounting, and controlling matters
• You will support business planning and target reporting
• You will define and monitor financial indicators and KPIs
• You will be responsible for the further development and updating of our financial model
• You will ensure compliance with all German and EU legal and regulatory requirements
• You will work closely with our CEO, the tax office, and other cross-functional team members

Qualifications

• You have more than 3 years of experience in controlling, accounting, and finance in another start-up company in an international environment
• You have sound technical and legal knowledge of German tax law and accounting
• You bring experience in handling international financial processes, especially with transfer pricing
• You have experience with financial modeling (you use Excel without a mouse)
• You bring the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
• You speak fluent German and English
• A legal background/expertise would be an advantage
