TradeLink is the platform that makes logistics locations end-to-end planable and collaborative – from time windows over yard management to driver check-in and logistics KPIs. We are growing strongly in Enterprise and Mid-Market and want to consistently sharpen our market position: from operational tool to strategic layer for Head-of-Logistics.

We are looking for a* (Senior) Finance Manager, who accompanies our growing company as a strategic partner, elevates our financial processes to the next level and takes responsibility with a strong ownership mindset.

We are looking for someone who loves numbers, thinks structuredly, acts operationally and ensures that our company can make well-founded financial decisions with foresight.

Aufgaben

• You plan and forecast together with the CEO and develop our existing Financial Plan as well as the Business Model continuously further
• You prepare meaningful financial key figures and decision-making bases for Board-, Management- and Investor meetings on
• You act as Finance Business Partner for management – sparring at eye level to budget and performance
• You take responsibility for the acceptance of monthly and quarterly closings and the preparation of investor reporting for the CEO
• You take End-to-End Ownership for Finance & Accounting in close coordination with our tax office
• You analyze, optimize and build scalable finance and reporting processes and develop these further
• You take ownership for Data-Privacy- and Contract-Management-Prozesses, including filing and documentation structures, quality management and training

Qualifikation

• You have more years of experience in the finance area and have already worked directly with the CEO
• You work extremely carefully, act independently and know how to review your work reliably for errors.
• You understand different areas of finance and can quickly grasp connections.
• You think ahead, drive operational topics forward and enjoy working on projects.
• You interact safely with different stakeholders, especially in budget matters, and bring a senior-level demeanor and corresponding experience with you.
• A completed degree in finance or a related field is an advantage.
