Senior Finance Consultant | MSD365 Project Operations

Introduction of the role

As a Senior Finance Consultant Professional Services, you will work in various project teams on the design, realization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for clients in the Professional services industry. Many of our projects are so-called platform projects, which means we integrate Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics 365 FO. With your knowledge, you will deliver rock-solid solutions to our clients, each of them impressive players who will give you a unique insight into their business.

What will you do?

• You act as a full sparring partner for colleagues and clients;
• You work in various project teams on the implementation of the financial modules;
• You function as an advisor to clients at the executive and management level, translating our clients' challenges into concrete solutions and guiding the complete implementation trajectory;
• You play a leading role in conducting simulations with key users and you are also involved in collecting and sharing industry/product knowledge with other colleagues;
• You analyze and optimize current financial business processes and, together with the client and fellow Consultants, ensure the system setup.

About the team

You are part of the Unified Operations Service Line, a division of HSO Nederland. Unified Operations is a well-oiled project services organization with an excellent reputation in the field of ERP. Together with the other Service Lines within HSO, we can offer the complete Microsoft Stack (Modern Workplace, AI, Data & Analytics, CE, Power Platform, Azure Integrations, etc.). The total team of our Service Line currently consists of over 80 professionals, led by Service Line Director Roy Daniels

What do you bring?

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Finance & Control, Business Economics, (Technical) Business Administration, SPD Business Administration, or a comparable degree;
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Finance Consultant;
• You have supplemented this knowledge and experience with at least two years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations, or a comparable ERP solution;
• Knowledge of Project Management and Accounting, or the projects module within a comparable ERP solution;
• Knowledge of Project Operations is a plus;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
