Senior Finance Business Partner

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Finance Business Partner will be a commercial leader within the organisation providing support to operations across Australia. The successful individual will provide analytics, strategic insights and business partnering to senior executives and have the opportunity to make genuine impact. The organisation operates in almost every state and territory across Australia, with a strong presence in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, and the Australian Capital Territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Provide financial analysis and insights to senior executives to inform strategic decision-making Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve financial performance and drive business growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive revenue and profitability Analyse and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations for improvement Provide thought leadership on finance-related topics and contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field 5+ years' experience in a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth Certifications: CA or CPA desirable but not essential.
