About the Role We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support our rapidly growing Customer Service platform across multiple countries. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders while ensuring strong financial governance, scalable processes, and disciplined cost management. The ideal candidate brings deep Finance BP experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and demonstrates strong business acumen — particularly in areas such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. As a key member of the Customer Service leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries, providing strategic insights to drive business decisions, and ensuring that financial plans are aligned with business objectives. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth.
