Senior Finance Business Partner - Get in the Trenches with C-Level Leaders

What You’ll Actually Do Partner with C-level and senior execs —not just as a support function, but as a decision enabler. Challenge assumptions, question decisions, and drive strategic discussions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business outcomes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level leaders, to ensure alignment and buy-in. Drive commercial impact by identifying and prioritizing initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance the overall business. What You Need to Succeed Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive strategic decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level leaders and other stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. Experience working with C-level leaders and senior executives. Experience in a strategic finance role, with a focus on driving commercial impact.
