You will keep the administration of a fast-growing SaaS company tight and reliable, and you will make the process a bit smarter every month.

What you will do
As a Senior Finance Administrator, you will run the entire financial administration, from invoice to annual accounts. You will independently close the month, quarter, and year. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and the management team, translate financial issues into clear agreements, and continuously look for opportunities to eliminate manual work.

• You will perform the complete financial administration and independently handle the month, quarter, and year-end closing, including reconciliations, accruals, and deferred items.

• You are ultimately responsible for invoicing and accounts receivable management, correctly process subscription revenue (deferred revenue), and provide input for reports and SaaS KPIs such as MRR, ARR, and DSO.

• You will handle VAT returns (including ICP), monitor fiscal compliance, and prepare the annual accounts.

• You will improve and automate processes between Dyflexis, Salesforce, and Twinfield, ensuring our data is always reliable, complete, and quickly available.

• You will monitor internal controls such as authorizations, the four-eyes principle, and payment runs, and identify risks before they become problems.

What you need

• 5+ years of experience in a financial role within a SaaS environment (e.g., Accountancy or Finance & Control).

• Proven experience with independent month-end and year-end closings, good knowledge of VAT legislation.

• Strong in Excel and quick to learn multiple systems. Experience with Twinfield is a plus.

• You already intelligently use AI in your work, from processing invoices to reconciliations and reports. You won't let manual work that can be automated go unnoticed.

• Accurate, structured, and stress-resistant around deadlines. You solve bottlenecks structurally, not with a band-aid.

• Fluent Dutch and English (C1), German is a strong asset.
