As a Senior Field Expert , you will be a key technical authority supporting Otis operations in Singapore, playing a critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of our elevator systems. Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues, you will combine deep knowledge of elevator systems with strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems. You will also collaborate closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents or malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and training materials. • Collaborate with the Operations team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. • Provide expert-level technical support to field technicians, resolving complex issues and providing guidance on best practices. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending training sessions and workshops as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering). • At least 5 years of experience in the elevator or related industries. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
