Senior Fellow- Research

Applications are invited for Senior Research Fellowship (for candidates enrolled in or having completed a Master's degree in a relevant field). The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the Institute's research agenda by conducting original research, publishing papers, and presenting at conferences. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting original research on policy-related topics, including human rights, social justice, and sustainable development. • Publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals, books, or other academic outlets. • Presenting research results at international conferences, seminars, and workshops. • Collaborating with Institute staff to develop and deliver online courses and training programs. • Participating in the Institute's research planning and coordination activities. • Mentoring junior researchers and contributing to the development of their research skills. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a strong track record of research excellence, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position is open to candidates from all over the world, but preference will be given to those with a proven track record of working in the policy research or human rights sector.
