The Firm & Opportunity

Our client, a highly respected family law firm, is expanding into Milton, Brisbane, and is seeking a skilled Family Lawyer to head up their new office. This is a unique opportunity to work independently while having the backing of an experienced legal team. The Role

In this leadership position, you will handle a wide range of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and property settlements
• Parenting disputes and child custody
• Domestic violence cases
• Binding Financial Agreements

This role is ideal for a confident and self-motivated professional who thrives in an autonomous environment. While you’ll be running the Milton office, you’ll have full legal and administrative support from the wider firm.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years PAE in family law (private practice experience preferred)
• Strong ability to work independently and meet billable targets
• Excellent client management and negotiation skills
• Admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland with a current Practising Certificate
