- 4+ years PAE in family law
- Comfortable with private billing and managing files end-to-end
- Strategic mindset and strong commercial awareness
- Keen to take advantage of a results-focused structure
- Base salary from $120K to $160K + Super
- Attractive KPI bonuses tied to charge rates from $455 to $570/hr
- Incentives for client development and firm contribution
