Senior Family Lawyer

The Role:

A full-time, permanent role for a solid Family Lawyer with broad experience across all aspects of Family Law, including in particular, challenging Property matters involving large and complex marital asset pools.

At Senior Associate level, you will be expected to be fully competent across Family Law matters ranging from divorce, de facto, parenting, and property matters. You will be experienced in litigation as well as dispute resolution via ADR.

The firm currently has 16 lawyers and is endeavouring to grow further into the new year. The firm prides itself on having a progressive and inclusive work culture with a work hard, play hard attitude.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years PAE in Family Law
• Broad experience across varied Family Law matters
• Accredited Specialist in Family Law
