As a Senior Faculty - Teachers Training, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for teachers across the region. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in teaching and training. You will be expected to design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to the needs of teachers from different cultural backgrounds. Your expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design will enable you to create customized training programs that meet the specific needs of our clients. As a Senior Faculty, you will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior faculty members, as well as contributing to the development of new training programs and materials.
