Job Title Senior Facilities Manager Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead service delivery and capital works across a major client account. This role is responsible for managing Minor New Works and Capex projects end-to-end while ensuring contractual KPIs, financial targets, and client expectations are consistently met. Job Description Key Responsibilities Deliver all FM services in line with the Master Services Agreement (MSA), ensuring KPIs are consistently met. Manage and coordinate Minor New Works and Capex projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Provide expert advice on facilities management best practices and innovative solutions. Job Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., facilities management, engineering, architecture) or equivalent experience. Professional certifications such as CFM, LEED AP, or similar are desirable. Skills Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in facilities management, construction, or a related field is essential. Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., AS/NZS 3740, ISO 14001).
