Senior Facilities Engineer

Senior Facilities Engineer Job Summary Responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of company facilities to ensure safe, reliable, hygienic, and efficient infrastructure that supports business operations. This role oversees facilities maintenance, utilities, building systems, service vendors, and site-wide pest control , ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. The role works closely various stakeholders to maintain a full range of facilities services, including but not limited to: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems. This includes coordinating with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all facilities-related activities, including maintenance schedules, work orders, and incident reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building systems, facilities management principles, and regulatory requirements.
