Senior Facilitator (Independent Consultant) – Turkey IndependentConsultants LearningAndDevelopment Facilitators Freelance Turkey Hospitality LeadershipDevelopment CorporateTraining Chrysalis HRD is looking for experienced Independent Facilitators based in Turkey or India , provided they have strong proficiency in the Turkish language to deliver high-impact learning interventions for Turkish-speaking audiences. We are especially interested in facilitators who have worked within the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in corporate training and leadership development. The ideal candidate will be able to facilitate workshops, meetings, and other events, as well as develop and implement customized training programs for clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience in facilitating group discussions and activities is also required. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise through examples of previous projects or initiatives they have led or contributed to. We are looking for facilitators who can bring energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to our projects, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
