We are looking for a Senior Expert in Strategic Homeowner Management (m/w/d) to support our team in the following areas: * Development and implementation of strategies for homeowner management, * Analysis and evaluation of market trends and customer needs, * Creation of concepts and proposals for new housing projects, * Coordination with internal departments and external partners, * Monitoring and control of project progress and budget. The ideal candidate should have a degree in architecture, urban planning, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in the development and implementation of strategies for homeowner management.
