Senior Expert Qualification (m/w/d) in the Field of Process Technology

Progroup is a family-owned company in the paper and packaging industry. Currently, we are present in six central European countries with a total of three paper mills, fourteen corrugated cardboard box plants, one logistics company, and two EBS power plants. This makes Progroup one of the largest producers of corrugated cardboard and corrugated cardboard formats on the European market. To strengthen our teams at the locations Burg (near Magdeburg), Eisenhüttenstadt, and Sandersdorf-Brehna, we are looking for a Senior Expert Qualification (m/w/d) in the field of process technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of process-related projects and measures. This includes the development of process flows, the optimization of production processes, and the analysis of process data. In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for a high level of communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in process engineering or a related field, as well as several years of experience in the paper and packaging industry. German language skills are required.
