Your Responsibilities

• You actively and independently contribute to the strategic further development of AI use in the company, establish suitable framework conditions, and concretize viable target visions for the step-by-step utilization of AI

• You will accompany AI projects from use case assessment through feasibility, piloting, and implementation to broader rollout, adoption, and scaling – with a clear focus on business impact and value contribution

• You will conceptualize and accompany the concrete implementation of AI applications, especially in the Microsoft environment, e.g., with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio (Agents), and Azure AI

• You will support the integration of AI into existing value chains and process chains and ensure that business requirements, technical possibilities, and organizational framework conditions work together effectively

• You will shape the further development of a robust data foundation, suitable standards, and a value-adding usage framework for AI deployment in the company

• You will develop and accompany enablement and change formats to sustainably anchor the use of AI in everyday work

• You will prepare complex technical, IT, and strategic contexts in a target-group-oriented manner and support understandable, audience-appropriate communication and decision-making regarding AI with relevant stakeholders

• You will work closely with internal departments, relevant organizational units, and external partners and contribute to effective, cross-departmental processes

Your Profile

• Completed university degree, preferably in a technical, IT-related, or quantitative-analytical field of study related to Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, data, and/or digital transformation

• Technical and conceptual experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence, especially in dealing with AI methods, LLMs, and data management, ideally in Microsoft-based AI and data environments

• Ideally, experience in the development, implementation, and integration of AI-supported solutions into existing digital and organizational structures

• Strong conceptual and methodological skills as well as a good understanding of the connection between technical possibilities, business requirements, and organizational framework conditions

• Initial experience in project and change management, interest in transformation processes and organizational development, as well as motivation and suitability for interdisciplinary and cross-professional collaboration

• Ideally, experience in occupational safety and health or comparable industries, as well as an understanding of the requirements of a supra-regional service company with diverse customer structures

• Good analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to convey complex technical and business contexts clearly and in a target-group-oriented manner – even in decentralized and distributed organizational structures

Compensation

EUR 75,000–98,000 per year

Your first months at Bg Prevent

You will integrate into our on-site team in Bonn, taking ownership of AI enablement processes and collaborating directly with data science colleagues. During this time, you will align our technical capabilities with ongoing projects and establish your workflow within the organization.
