Responsibilities

• Holistic Support: You will be independently responsible for complex topics within the entire Employee Lifecycle, with a clear focus on People Operations.
• Contract Management: You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and legal updating of our employment contract documents and will consult with our labor law department for any questions.
• Special Topics with Substance: Parental leave, retirement, maternity protection, and other personnel-relevant special cases are professionally in your hands.
• Digitalization That Works: You will lead the further development, digitalization, and automation of our HR processes and implement them in our HR system Persis.
• AI in HR Everyday Life: You will identify, evaluate, and introduce meaningful AI-supported solutions in the administrative HR environment, thereby strengthening our strong sense of community with smart solutions.
• More Than Extras: You will strategically and operationally develop our benefits offering – always with a view to the needs of our colleagues and our company goals.
• Wellbeing @Work: You will be responsible for occupational safety and company health management and ensure a healthy, safe working environment.

Qualifications

• at least 5 years of professional experience in personnel administration – well-founded, broadly based, and with a clear demand for the quality of your work
• very good knowledge across the entire Employee Lifecycle as well as in labor law and personnel administrative topics
• experience and enjoyment in the digitalization, automation, and optimization of HR processes
• consulting and service orientation: empathy and a high quality standard in the independent, trustworthy, and solution-oriented advising of executives

Monetary Benefits & Our Career Model:

Based on our career model, we offer an annual gross salary in a range of EUR 55,000 – 70,000, which depends on qualifications, experience, and individual competency profile.
