Senior Expert Customs & Global Trade (m/f/d)

Job description

You will take on a central expert role for all customs-related questions within Doka. In your function as internal advisor, you will develop global strategies, optimize existing processes and serve as a contact person for authorities. The position is challenging from a professional perspective, strategically oriented and consciously designed without disciplinary leadership responsibility.

· Development and implementation of global customs strategies

· Consulting internal stakeholders on customs and foreign trade issues

· Contact person for customs authorities

· Analysis and optimization of import/export processes

· Support in audits, permits, and compliance topics

· Collaboration with logistics, legal, procurement, and sales

· Monitoring international developments in customs and foreign trade law and deriving strategic measures
