(Senior) Expert Biocompatibility (m/f/d)

As an Expert Biocompatibility (m/f/d), you will be part of this dynamic team, responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of biocompatibility, safety, and efficacy. Your key responsibilities will include: • Conducting thorough risk assessments and developing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure product biocompatibility. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing protocols and procedures. • Providing expert guidance on biocompatibility-related matters to internal stakeholders and external partners. • Staying up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in biocompatibility and related fields. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Requirements: • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field. • At least 3 years of experience in biocompatibility testing, research, or a related field. • Strong understanding of biocompatibility principles, regulations, and industry standards. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Fluency in English (written and spoken). Certifications: • ISO 10993-1:2010 or equivalent biocompatibility standard knowledge. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as FDA, EU MDR, and ICH guidelines.
