Senior Expansion Manager France / Senior Real Estate Developer - South

The Role

Fastned France is in full expansion, and as an Expansion Manager, you will be a key player in this growth.

Your future missions:

• Identify new land for installing our fast-charging stations.

• Analyze new sites and prepare dossiers from an economic and legal perspective.

• Build business relationships with various types of landowners.

• Negotiate and conclude lease agreements.

• Follow up on and coordinate project development from the signing of agreements to the opening of stations.

• Coordinate with internal departments for the smooth running of projects.

• Cultivate and develop your network, represent Fastned at external events.

• Coach other team members and share best practices.

You will join the expansion team in France, while collaborating with experts in architecture, construction, branding, and data.

Thanks to your network in real estate, you will strengthen our territorial coverage by creating new opportunities with landowners, developers, and property developers. You will lead strategic negotiations, embodying Fastned's values, and ensure that each project develops smoothly.

Is electric mobility a new field for you?

No problem! As part of your onboarding, you will participate in a series of exciting onboarding sessions where you will learn everything you need to know about the world of e-mobility and charging.

What We Are Looking For

Do you like to take initiative, are you not afraid to make mistakes, and do you have a thirst for learning? If you also tick the following boxes, then apply!

• You live in the South of France, around Toulouse, Montpellier, Marseille, Toulon, or Nice;

• You have +6 years of experience in real estate or brand development;

• You are interested in/driven by the energy transition;

• You have a natural ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships;

• You are used to driving to visit a site in the countryside and taking the train to come to the office in Paris regularly;

• You have strong negotiation and communication skills; you know how to manage complex deals;

• You understand and can express yourself in English;

• You enjoy guiding and mentoring junior employees to support them and develop their daily autonomy;

• You have a valid driver's license to get into your electric company car and see our beautiful projects come to life across France!
