Who we are

Arkè Global is the division of Arkè dedicated to the design and turnkey management of events, trade fairs, stands, exhibition spaces, and special projects, in Italy and abroad.

We follow the client from the brief and creative ideation through to final realization, integrating design, project management, production, and installation through a multidisciplinary team and coordination with Arkè Bespoke.

The role

To strengthen our Design Department, we are looking for a Senior Exhibition, Event & Interior Designer.

The individual will work in direct contact with the Head of Design, participating in the creative development of projects from the initial brief to presentation and approval by the client.

We are looking for a designer with a strong spatial, architectural, and visual sensibility, capable of transforming client needs, brands, and objectives into original, coherent, and concretely feasible concepts.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze briefs, brand identity, functional needs, and materials provided by the client.
• Develop creative research, references, mood boards, and concepts.
• Conceive layouts and design solutions for stands, events, exhibition spaces, interiors, and temporary installations.
• Develop the project through 2D drawing, 3D modeling, materials, and lighting.
• Produce high-quality photorealistic renders for concept presentations.
• Develop the graphic and visual language integrated into the space.
• Create presentations, design boards, and materials intended for client presentation.
• Design environmental graphics, signage, visuals, and graphic content applied to installations.
• Liaise with Head of Design, Project Manager, and Technical Designer during the various phases of the project.
• Receive feedback and revisions while maintaining design coherence and concept quality.
• Utilize generative Artificial Intelligence tools for research, creative development, concept exploration, and visual content production.
• Prepare the approved project for the subsequent transition to the technical and executive design phase.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent training.
• Significant experience in the design of stands, events, interiors, retail, or exhibition spaces.
• Excellent skills in spatial design and concept development.
• Excellent knowledge of Rhinoceros (Rhino) for 2D design and 3D modeling.
• Excellent knowledge of photorealistic rendering software.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to autonomously develop layouts, concepts, 3D models, renders, and presentations.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and main solutions used in exhibition and interior design.
• Knowledge and operational use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to design and image production.
• Ability to interpret a brand identity and translate it into a coherent spatial experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience in the fields of exhibition design, events, interior design, retail, architecture, scenography, experiential design, and brand experience will be considered a preferential qualification.

Personal Skills

We are looking for a creative, curious, and structurally sound designer, with strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.

An individual capable not only of producing quality images but also of thinking and designing space, developing an idea from the initial concept to a complete and convincing proposal for the client.

Autonomy, ability to collaborate, problem-solving skills, design culture, and teamwork aptitude are essential.
