Senior Executive/Manager (In-Employment Upgrading and Job Redesign)

Reporting to the Assistant Director (In-Employment Upgrading and Job Redesign), you will be part of the Workforce Development cluster in PSD. As Senior Executive / Manager (In-Employment Upgrading and Job Redesign), you will work with public agencies to implement workforce development initiatives at the sectoral and agency level to help them transform the workforce and be more future-ready. The team works to enhance the relevance and diversity of public officers’ skills, partnering with public agencies to identify and address skill gaps, and designing job redesign strategies that support the development of a more adaptable and resilient workforce. This role will involve developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve the employability and career progression of public officers, as well as fostering partnerships between government, industry, and education institutions to drive workforce transformation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and experience in workforce development or a related field.
