- Design and Implement Search Strategy, manage and execute a portfolio of mandates across functions and levels
- Comprehensive market mapping , Design JDs , track industry / market trends
- Identify and evaluate prospective candidates and prepare their assessment reports
- Develop relationships with, influence, and manage candidates independently
- Develop network within the industry with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence
