As a Senior Executive, Project Management & Transformation, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, driving business transformation initiatives, and developing strategic plans to achieve organisational goals. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing project management frameworks and methodologies to ensure successful delivery of projects; • Leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality; • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritise business transformation initiatives that drive growth and improve operational efficiency; • Developing strategic plans and recommendations to achieve organisational goals and objectives; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project teams, and external partners.
