Title: Senior Executive Ecommerce Operations Description: Senior E-commerce Operations Executive (Amazon & Flipkart) Responsibilities Manage daily operations of Amazon and Flipkart stores, including listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional activities. Monitor key business metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, and advertising performance, and provide regular reports and analysis. Support major platform campaigns by coordinating promotions, pricing strategies, and key product sales initiatives. Optimize advertising performance by monitoring and adjusting ad spend, targeting, and creative assets. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of campaign results. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve operations and optimize performance. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job, including data entry, reporting, and analysis. Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to drive business growth and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
