Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Leasing (Industrial/Commercial) Job ID 240264 Posted 19-Dec-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management, Property Management Location(s) Singapore - Singapore Reports to the Centre & Leasing Manager with specific responsibilities for the leasing, marketing and lease management activities of the building. Responsibilities include: Accountable for driving revenue by prospecting new and working on renewal of short-term License Agreements for industrial and commercial properties. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring timely and efficient lease execution. Key responsibilities also include: Developing and implementing effective leasing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates. Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to stay ahead of the competition. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including the Centre & Leasing Manager, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, tenant information, and other relevant data. Participating in regular meetings and reporting to the Centre & Leasing Manager on leasing performance and market trends. Identifying and addressing potential lease renewal and termination issues. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Providing support to the Centre & Leasing Manager in the development of the leasing strategy and budget. Key requirements include: Strong understanding of the industrial and commercial leasing market in Singapore. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong understanding of the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
