Monthly vessel schedule for all sectors to broadcast to clients Arranging client code creation for new client Sending all RFQ quotes Updating/Guiding Tariff rates to Sales/CS/Accounts Drafting & arranging Flyers/Mass mails to agents for any new SOP, notifications ,advisories etc Quoting LCL /FCL rates/service pattern/DDU/DDP to clients Following up for booking confirmation for FCL/LCL shipment quotes Sending introduction mails to targeted new clients regarding our services in Air/import & export…
