Senior Events Planning Manager

Live Nation is launching a new, purpose-built mid-size live music venue in Singapore with a capacity of 3,000. Designed to host international touring acts, local artists, comedy, community, corporate and private events, the venue will also feature premium hospitality spaces, concessions, merchandise kiosks, and externally facing café and bar operations. Reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Events Planning Manager/Head of Customer Experience (Events Planning) Experience is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning, including conceptualization, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, marketing, and execution. This includes managing a team of events coordinators, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration with other departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in live music events, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
