(Senior) Event Manager (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Event Manager, you will take on a key role in our marketing team and create unforgettable events and brand experiences for our target groups. You will assume a leading role in the strategic development of our global event and trade show presence.

As a powerhouse for unmanned systems, we develop comprehensive and scalable solutions for multi-domain applications. We connect platforms, software, and AI seamlessly to an operational system that convinces in real and complex scenarios. This positioning makes you experienceable through impactful trade show appearances and events for our target groups.

You will work closely with stakeholders from sales and customer success to generate high-quality leads and build lasting customer relationships.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Strategic conception, planning, execution, and follow-up of international trade shows, business events, and conferences with a clear focus on lead generation and brand positioning

• Development of scalable event concepts to support our multi-domain product and software strategy

• Closely working with sales, customer success, and international teams to ensure a consistent and effective market presence

• Steering and supporting sales representatives and partners in local event and trade show activities worldwide

• Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing relevant industry events (Defense, Security, Tech) to maximize visibility and pipeline

• Analyzing event performance (KPIs, pipeline contribution, ROI) and deriving data-driven optimization measures

• Selecting, steering, and negotiating with external service providers, agencies, and exhibition builders

• Responsibility for the management and further development of the exhibit pool (exhibits, materials, logistics)

• Ensuring a consistent brand presence according to corporate identity on all events

• Budget responsibility including planning, steering, and controlling

What you bring to the team:

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a comparable qualification

• At least 5 years of experience in event management with a focus on international trade shows, ideally in the B2B-Tech-, Defense- or Software-field

• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and implementation of complex trade show appearances

• Strong project management skills and experience in managing multiple parallel projects

• Analytical, data-driven working style with a focus on performance and ROI

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Creativity paired with strategic thinking to develop innovative event formats

• High level of self-responsibility, hands-on mentality, and organizational strength

• Negotiation-safe German and English language skills

• Travel readiness for national and international events
