Job description
Job Description
As a Senior Estimator, you’ll play a key role in shaping our projects from the very beginning. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely full-cost estimates—covering scope, resources, equipment, and materials—to ensure competitive bids and strong project margins.
In this role, you’ll work on a variety of project types, including conceptual design-build, P3, lump sum, and construction management. Your expertise and attention to detail will directly impact our success: underestimating can create financial risk, while overestimating can cost us opportunities.
