- Senior role with influence across preconstruction & bid strategy
- Work on diverse projects across new build, refurb, fit out
- Strong, secured pipeline and long-term growth opportunity
- Competitive salary and supportive leadership team
- 6+ years' experience as an Estimator (senior or ready to step up)
- Experience across commercial construction, refurb or fit out projects
- Strong first-principles estimating capability
- Confident working independently and leading tenders
- Strong stakeholder & client communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification highly regarded

Key Responsibilities
- Lead tendering and estimating on projects up to ~$40M
- Prepare first-principles estimates, trade break-ups and take-offs
- Manage tender submissions, program allowances and risk analysis
- Liaise with subcontractors for pricing, negotiations and scope reviews
- Support the transition from pre-construction into delivery teams
- Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team development
