We are looking for a senior estimator with experience, passionate about precision and cost optimization, ready to take on technical challenges and play an expert-consultant role within the team.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze plans, bids, and technical documents in depth to develop detailed and reliable estimates.
• Develop, enrich, and maintain cost databases (materials, labor, equipment) to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate financial and operational risks, recommend adapted mitigation measures.
• Produce and present clear and strategic estimation reports to managers and partners.
• Closely collaborate with project teams to ensure budget accuracy and tracking.
• Perform post-project analyses allowing for comparison of forecasts and results, and continuous improvement of internal methods.
• Use your experience to support and mentor the next generation in developing their expertise.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in estimation in the field of construction, infrastructure, civil, structure, excavation, or art structures.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods and processes related to complex infrastructure projects.
• Solid skills in applied mathematics, financial analysis, and cost management.
• Recognized ability to read and interpret plans, bids, and technical specifications.
• Mastery of estimation software and specialized digital tools.
• Collaborative leadership, professional rigor, and marked autonomy.
