Senior Estimator – Leading T2 Contractor
We are partnering with a highly respected T2 headcontractor known for delivering high-quality commercial, defence, industrial & infrastructure projects up to $80M+.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator—or strong intermediate Estimators looking to step up—to join a company with real career progression.

- Summarise scope of works and tenders
- Collaborate with delivery teams to develop proposals
- Provide initial estimating assessments for tender shortlist reviews
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal procurement to negotiate pricing
- 5+ years’ experience as an Estimator, ideally in Fit-Out, Refurbishment, or large-scale commercial/infrastructure projects including Defence
- Degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Experience estimating projects up to $10M+ across Commercial, Retail, Education, Government, or Defence sectors
- Advanced in CostX, Cubit, or similar
- Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent communication
