Senior ERP Finance Consultant – Dynamics 365 Business Central (m/f/d)

If you expect a salary above €85,000, you are in the wrong place. You don't just want to manage another Finance project, you want to take responsibility for complete ERP Finance implementations. You want to work flexibly from home and only come to the office rarely – 2 days a month are enough. This is not about pure theory, this is about hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV/Business Central, 5+ years of practice, and 30% travel to clients in the DACH region.

A medium-sized consulting company in the ERP and Business Intelligence environment with around 50 employees. The company delivers Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI solutions for medium-sized clients in the DACH region and maintains long-term partnerships.

Your Tasks

• Leadership and management of ERP Finance projects (Dynamics NAV/Business Central)
• Analysis of current processes, capturing requirements, and development of target processes
• Development of functional solution concepts in coordination with clients and internal teams
• Parametrization of Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting)
• Management of testing, data migration, and interface processes
• Conducting workshops, training, and Go-Live support
• Involvement in offer preparation, effort estimation, and presentation
• Contribution to the further development of our own Finance modules

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of ERP Finance consulting with Dynamics NAV or Business Central
• In-depth expertise in finance and accounting (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Accounting)
• Practical experience in data migration, interfaces, and test management
• Fluent German at C1 level (written and spoken)
• Structured, proactive project management and strong communication skills
• High willingness to learn, independence, and problem-solving skills
