Senior ERP Consultant - Strategic Lead (m/w/d)

This position is to be filled by our company Medialine EuroTrade AG.

Your Mission

You will shape the digital transformation of our customers through the targeted use of modern ERP solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will take responsibility for complex projects, develop sustainable goal architectures, and serve as a sparring partner for departments, IT, and management.

Tasks

• comprehensive consulting for customers in the development and digitalization of their business processes within the ERP scope
• analysis of complex corporate requirements and translation into scalable, future-proof ERP architectures
• responsibility for design, control, and implementation of demanding ERP projects (End-to-End)
• development of solution strategies based on Mesonic WinLine and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• moderation of workshops at departmental and management levels, as well as derivation of clear decision options
• control of interfaces between departments, development, and system technology
• ensuring quality, performance, and sustainability of the implemented solutions
• active co-shaping of our ERP portfolio, methods, and best practices
• professional leadership in projects as well as coaching and further development of consultants
• escalation and solution instance for complex technical and professional questions

Qualification

• completed degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification
• several years of experience in consulting and implementing ERP projects (ideally in the mid-range)
• in-depth expertise in at least one ERP system (preferably Mesonic WinLine); further systems (Business Central) are advantageous
• good understanding of core business processes (finance, supply chain, production, etc.)
• experience in developing solution architectures and handling complex system landscapes
• familiarity with data structures, MS SQL Server, and integration scenarios
• high methodological competence in project management (classic, agile or hybrid)
• excellent analytical skills and the ability to structure complex issues clearly
• sophisticated appearance on all hierarchical levels, particularly when dealing with decision-makers
• very high self-responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and result-oriented approach
• excellent German language skills as well as very good English language skills
