Senior ERP Consultant (m/w/d)

This position is to be filled by our company Medialine EuroTrade AG.

Your Role
As Senior ERP Consultant, you will accompany our customers in the introduction, optimization, and operation of their ERP solutions. You will combine professional consulting with practical implementation and ensure that projects are efficiently, successfully, and customer-oriented implemented.

Tasks

• Analyze and take up customer requirements in the ERP field (Mesonic WinLine and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Concept and implementation of suitable solutions together with customers and internal teams
• Support and conduct ERP projects – from analysis to implementation
• Counseling customers on optimizing their business processes
• Preparation of expert concepts, documentation, and solution proposals
• Tight cooperation with development and system technology for the implementation of requirements
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for customers
• Support in 2nd Level Support as well as processing complex inquiries
• Safeguarding a stable operation and continuous further development of systems

Qualification

• Completed commercial training, study of business administration / computer science or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in the ERP field (consulting, support, or project work)
• Good knowledge of at least one ERP system (ideally Mesonic WinLine); further systems advantageous
• Understanding of business processes (e.g. financial management, inventory management)
• Experience in working with customers and implementing requirements
• Basic knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL Server) and MS Office
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-responsible work style
• Excellent service- and customer orientation
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Very good German and good English skills
