Job description

Your tasks:

  • You support our customers in the successful implementation of our Finance module and help them to design their financial processes to be future-proof and efficient. You will advise on topics such as financial accounting, asset accounting, and cost accounting.
  • You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential, and develop tailor-made solution concepts that meet both the functional requirements and the individual company goals of our customers.
  • As a sparring partner at eye level, you conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and requirement analyses, moderate the exchange between specialist departments and IT, and ensure the successful achievement of project goals.
  • You independently implement our software solutions at the customer's site and ensure that the systems are optimally tailored to the respective business processes.
  • You inspire users for our solution, plan and conduct training sessions and workshops, and support customers in exploiting the full potential of our Finance module.
  • You remain an important point of contact even after go-live, accompany the further development of the solution, and support our customers in the continuous optimization of their financial processes.

What you bring with you:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a financial or balance sheet accountant, or a degree in business administration or business informatics.
  • Several years of practical experience in financial accounting.
  • Experience in asset accounting and cost accounting is a big plus.
  • Experience as a key user, partially or project responsible person during software implementations or release changes is a big plus.
  • Very good German in spoken and written form, as well as confident presentation skills.
  • Practical knowledge and confident use of MS Office, as well as an affinity for digital tools (such as Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.

What you can look forward to:

  • Culture: Open communication, first-name basis culture, and flat hierarchies.
  • Teamwork: A dedicated team and collaboration at eye level – with close exchange and mutual support.
  • Development: Further training and development opportunities, individually tailored to your role and experience.
  • Onboarding: Structured, comprehensive onboarding – accompanied by experienced colleagues.
  • Variety & Scope for Design: An exciting, diverse range of tasks with significant scope for design in a dynamic environment where you actively shape processes and solutions.
  • Benefits: Urban Sports Club, JobRad, Corporate Benefits, Language Courses (Babbel), 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, hybrid working (office & mobile), and much more!
Curious? Then apply now – we look forward to getting to know you!
